A Bad Trip My last vacation was terrible. First, I left my apartment very late because the alarm clock didn't go off. In addition, while I was waiting for a taxi, it started to rain, so I got wet! When I was finally on my way to the bus station, a car hit the taxi so I had to take another taxi. I almost missed the bus. My friends were already waiting for me. The trip was quite long because the bus stopped in several towns and we had to transfer in one of them. When we arrived at our first destination, we checked in at a hostel as we didn't have much money to pay for a hotel. After that, we ate dinner at a restaurant. The next day we all got up early for a sightseeing tour, but I was tired and sleepy. We saw the cathedral and some other churches. In the afternoon, we went to a museum but when I was going up the stairs, I fell and hurt my knee. I sat near the information desk the rest of the time. On the third day, we went to the countryside for an excursion near the mountains, but when we were riding on the bus, it broke down. We had to get off and push the bus to a nearby village. For the weekend, we went to the beach. We checked out early in the morn- ing and took our flight. When the plane was landing, it made a terribie noise and we got scared. Everything turned out fine in the end, though. At least the resort was nice and I got some rest. That day, while I was sit- ting on the beach, I was listening to nice music and reading a good book. My friends were watching the sunset while they were having some drinks.

Un mal viaje Mis últimas vacaciones fueron terribles. Primero, salí de mi apartamento muy tarde porque el despertador no sonó. Además, mientras esperaba un taxi, empezó a llover, ¡así que me mojé! Por la tarde fuimos a un museo pero cuando subía las escaleras me caí y me lastimé la rodilla. Me senté cerca del mostrador de información el resto del tiempo. Al tercer día, fuimos al campo para hacer una excursión cerca de las montañas, pero cuando íbamos en el autobús, se rompió. Tuvimos que bajarnos y empujar el autobús hasta un pueblo cercano. El fin de semana fuimos a la playa. Salimos temprano en la mañana y tomamos nuestro vuelo. Cuando el avión estaba aterrizando, hizo un ruido terrible y nos asustamos. Sin embargo, todo salió bien al final. Al menos el complejo era agradable y descansé un poco. Ese día, mientras estaba sentado en la playa, escuchaba buena música y leía un buen libro. Mis amigos estaban viendo la puesta de sol mientras tomaban unas copas.
