Chronic deseases can kill millions of people every year. But, many of them can be treated with exercises and that can give a better quality of life to the patients. The reason why exercises can be very helpful is because they provide a better lifestyle and they provide healthy habits that contribute to the prevention and treatment of them.
Some exercises can be:
-To have walks of 30 diary minutes at least 5 times a week.
-50 daily jumps with 2 feet to avoid osteoporosis in the hip.
-Strength routine involving 2 upper body exercise 2 to 3 times a week.
