Si tuviera que darte alguna explicación.... Es prestar atencion cuando el verbo es regular o irregular... y que eso se aplica solo en afirmativo.

En negativo y pregunta, el verbo no cambia por la presencia del DID (pregunta) DIDN'T (negativo)
