pasarlas a passive voice, me ayudarían mucho, es para mañana
1-Bernard was telling some lies to his friends in the pub.
2-Mr Hayden wished his emplayees a great weekend.
3 -Carol brought her mother to lot of fresh fruit from the market.
4-Charles is writing a few postcards to his relatives.
5-Katherine had given her boyfriend an expensive golden watch.
6-Louis left his luggage at the hotel.
7-Jennifer is singing her mother a new song.
8- Will you cook some biscuits for your friends tomorrow?

Explicación:

en las oraciones pasivas no importa tanto quien hace la accion, hasta puede omitirse. Lo que importa es  el objeto del cual es seguido por el verbo to be en cualquiera de sus tiempos (pasado, presente, futuro, etc.) mas el verbo principal que tiene que estar en participio, por ej: A cake is being made. (un pastel esta siendo hecho), podriamos decirlo ella  esta haciendo un pastel, pero no, eso seria una oracion activa donde importa quien hace la accion, en cambio en las pasivas es opcional agregar al que realiza la accion: A cake is being made (by someone): passive voice; Someone is doing a cake: Active voice.
