Explicación:

Para los positivos se mantiene igual.

Ejemplos:    i am doctor    ⇒    yo soy doctor.

Para los negativos solo se aumenta not.

Ejemplo:      i am not doctor  ⇒  yo no soy doctor.

Para los interrogativos solo se cambia de posición.

Ejemplos:     are you doctor?  ⇒   eres doctor?
