Paella de Pollo-Paella of chicken
We need clean the peppers and cut into cubes.Clean the green beans and cut into 3-4 cm pieces.
Cover the bottom of a large paelliera or pan with oil and sprinkle salt on the edge, heat the oil and saute the diced chicken on all sies until golden brown.
Add the peppers and the greens beans and let cook for a few minutes, move the vegetables to the edge of the pan and pour in the center of the tomato, saffron and chili, when they start to sizzle mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Pour the water and bring to a boil,cook the paella of 15 minutes,add the beens and cook another 15 minutes.
Then add the rice over the whole surface and cook for 10 minutes over high heat and 10 minutes over low heat and then server the paella.
