we shoud eat healthy food because is important for our life. As we know junke food could make our organism work in  bad way and it could have a lot of consequences. one of them is that we could get fat and get diabetes. But we could combat that kind of illness changing our lifestyle, eating more fruits 'cause that is one thing that we should have to do. Another relevant point is sports, if we would like to be a healthy person we have to keep doing that sugerences and off course we could have a healthy life.
