9.-The teacher went to the school last year.
10.-We read the newspaper last night.

Explicación:

En realidad es muy sencillo. Lo único que debes hacer es sustituir el verbo (que se encuentra en past simple) por "didn't" y poner el verbo en presente, como se puede ver en las frases que he respondido. Espero que te sirva <3
