A Memorable Day

Last Tuesday, my mom and I went to the mall to buy some stuff for my school. As we walked down the aisle, I saw a nice bag. It was red and blue, I wanted to have it, so I asked my mom to buy it for me. However, my mom said it was too expensive. We only had enough money for the new shoes. Then off we went to the shoe shop I picked the shoes and asked the shopkeeper to give me size seven., After a while, she went back and handed me the shoes that I needed. After buying all the things, we went home straight right before the rain started to poor.

It was a long day. When we arrived home, my dad gave me a box and asked me to open it. I saw red and blue colors. Surprisingly, it was the same bag that I saw at the mall. My mom and dad hugged me and whispered, “happy birthday!”. Later did I realize that it was my birthday so I kissed them and thanked them
