-Recuerda que "is" en pasado cuando se habla en singular se cambia a "was" Así que si una oración que lleve "is", como esta: Marie is in the living room", lo cambiamos por: Marie was in the living room.

Cuando hablamos en plural, decimos "were" como diciendo "they were in the house"
