Vincent Van Gogh
Vincent Van Gogh was born in 1853 in the Netherlands. He was a serious boy but he didn’t like school. He left when he was fifteen and started work. He bought and sold paintings. He worked in London between 1873 and 1875, and he often visited the art museums there.
In 1877, he started to study Theology in Amsterdam but he wasn’t very good at it. He started painting in 1880, when he was 26, and moved to Belgium –H e usually painted pictures of poor people. The pictures were often very dark. He stayed in Belgium for six years.

Vincent Van Gogh
Vincent Van Gogh nació en 1853 en los Países Bajos. Era un chico serio pero no le gustaba la escuela. Se fue cuando tenía quince años y comenzó a trabajar. Compró y vendió cuadros. Trabajó en Londres entre 1873 y 1875, y con frecuencia visitaba los museos de arte allí.
En 1877, comenzó a estudiar Teología en Amsterdam, pero no era muy bueno en eso. Comenzó a pintar en 1880, cuando tenía 26 años, y se mudó a Bélgica, donde solía pintar cuadros de gente pobre. Las fotografías eran a menudo muy oscuras. Permaneció en Bélgica durante seis años.
