For Crust: In a bowl mix ground cookie with melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie shell. Bring to a preheated oven at 350F (180C) for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
For the Filling: Mix the condensed milk with lemon juice and egg yolks. Pour over cracker crust and return to the oven 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
For the meringue: Beat egg whites until very foamy.
Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
Distribute the meringue over the foot. With the help of a fork or spoon the meringue peaks form.
Return to oven until meringue is lightly browned

Ingredientes
- 1 paquete de galletas maría.
- 4 huevos.
- 1/2 litro de leche.
- 200 ml de jugo de limón.
- 1 taza de azúcar
- 60 mg de Maizena.
- 100 g de mantequilla.
Preparación
- Triturar las galletas maría.
- Derretir la mitad de la mantequilla y agregarla a las galletas, hasta formar una masa. Colocarla en un molde para pay.
- Separar las claras de las yemas de huevo.
- Agregar las yemas a la leche, jugo de limón, Maizena, azúcar y el resto de la mantequilla.
- Cocinar a fuego lento hasta que espese.
- Agregar el relleno sobre la masa en el molde para pay.
- Batir las claras de huevo a punto de nieve.
- Agregar 2 cucharadas de azúcar.
- Colocar las claras de huevo sobre el relleno.
- Hornear por unos 10 minutos, hasta que las claras tomen un tono caramelo.
- Enfriar en la nevera y servir.
