Podrían ayudarme convirtiendo estas oraciones en pregunta. Tomando en cuenta si es presente simple o progresivo

Presente simple: actividades que uno hace a diario.
Presente progresivo: actividades que se hacen justo en el momento.

Solamente las tres de ahí.
