The teenage brain
Adult brains are able to evaluate options, make the best decision and then act on it. The teenage brain, 1.... is still developing, doesn’t seem to work in quite the same way. The various parts are not all connected yet, and an area called the prefrontal cortex, 2 ... is what helps us make good judgements and control our behaviour, is not yet mature enough to keep us out of trouble!
