It was a man in a police uniform who wanted to talk about Edith's neighbor. Edith invites him to come in and offers him a cup of tea.

While Edith prepares her drink, the policeman stays in the living room. But he doesn´t sit  on the couch to watch TV. during that time he see

in Edith's bag. When he leaves of the house half an hour later, he carries

100 of edith's money from her purse.   Edith does not note  the missing money until the next day.

This is a terrible crime against an old woman. We must catch this fake call.
