Afirmativo
Se forma conjugando el verbo "to be" en presente de indicativo seguido de un verbo en forma -ing

You are talking to Freddy? Estas hablando con Freddy?
She is playing the piano Ella esta tocando el piano

Negativo
Se forma escribiendo "not" despues del verbo "to be".

They are not playing in the park Ellos no estan jugando en el parque
He is not speaking german  El no esta hablando aleman

Interrogativo
Se forman escribiendo el verbo "to be" antes del sujeto, y el verbo principal después del sujeto con la terminacion -ing

Is she reading the newspaper in the airport? ¿Ella esta leyendo el periódico en el aeropuerto?

Are they selling books there? ¿Ellos estan vendiendo libros alli?
