1-●Lets keep the mind awake. The brain,in onder to carry out is functions, needs certain nutrients in a continuous way in such a way that a healthy and organized diet ollows the constants flows of these nutrients and their proper functionings.

2-●Helps you control weight. Eating a balanced diet with a low content of fats and sugars allows you to better maintain weight and keep it stable in the long term.

3-● Promotes balance and proper intestinal transit. If you eat fruit,vejetables,and whole grains daily, you will have no problem covering the amount of daily fiber needed.
