The career of this actor began with participation in the second film "Terminator", and the role of John Connor was the most successful for him. Edward Furlong in the 90's appeared in "Pet Graveyard" and "Deadly Game". Then almost all of his roles became episodic and the movies completely boring.

The actor started drinking and smoking, used heavy drugs for a period. Because of this, his wife left him, and he can see his son only under special control. The last movie with Ferlong was released in 2015.
