1- The situation in the chat  is that niera wants to go out to go get coffe with aziz, But aziz is at work so there goning to meet up later to get coffe and or tea at Rocket boy cafe

2- If im not wrong they are in the same city seens  niera says that the cafe is close to the school, wich means that they are in the same city

3- The name of the place is rocket boy acfe
