Tattoos have always been present in our lifetime, or at least from some centuries ago, specially we saw them on tribes but nowadays we see them everywhere, they are very trendy and some people consider them art. I have a hard time trying to consider them art but I do aknowledge that there is hard in it and people who dedicate themselves to this job must be very talented and with some drawing skills. Art for me, since I am not tattoo person (although I do enjoy it sometimes, watching it on people) means artists like Monet, Cezanne, Renoir..etc., but everyone has different opinions.
