I think part-time jobs are beneficial for students, but it depends in their situation. For example, if this student is poor, it would be beneficial because if he gets a job, he would get some money and pay some materials for class. But if this student isn't poor, it wouldn't be beneficial because students need a break and spending time doing what you want is key for being relaxed. In conclusion, it depends on the student's situacion.
