Good Morning,
The reason for this letter is to request a refund of the product that I received last week, being exact the (noc ponle una fecha xD) since it is not possible that a product comes in such bad condition, some keys of the keyboard were in disorder, the screen was scratched, the mouse did not work, I am extremely outraged with this quality of service, I really hope for the refund, otherwise I will have to file a claim because this violates the rules established by law.
I will be waiting for the answer.
