Ingredients for a large jar:
-250g of tigernut
-200g of sugar
-1/2 cm of lemon peel
-1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
-1.5L, of very cold wáter

david53683: Elaboration with Thermomix:
We start hydrating the tigernuts the day before. We put them in a large bowl and cover them with water, which we will change a couple of times. The next day, we drain the tiger nuts and put them in the Thermomix glass along with the sugar, the lemon peel and the cinnamon. Blend for 10 sec / vel 7-10.

david53683: With the spatula, we lower the remains on the walls and crush again another 15 sec / speed 10. Add water to cover the mixture and mix again for 20 sec / speed 5-7-9. Add the rest of the water and mix 20 sec / speed 4, while holding the beaker so that no liquid comes out. Strain using a fine mesh strainer and squeeze the mixture well with the help of a mallet to drain the liquid well. We put the horchata in a jar and store it in the fridge to drink it cold.

primero vamos a conseguir un licuadora, 2 plátanos, leche frutillas y azúcar.

echamos todo a la licuadora sin un orden espesifico y prendemos la licuadora ya que esta todo molido servimos

Redactamos una receta de nuestra bebida favorita explicando el paso a paso:

Receta: Batido de Fresa.

Ingredientes:

500 gr. de fresas
Un litro de leche
100 gr de azúcar
Sirope de chocolate (opcional).

Procedimiento:

Lavar las fresas con agua corriente y quitarles las hojas (si las tienen).
Remojarlas en vinagre durante 10 minutos para desinfectarlas.
Escurrir y enjuagar las fresas con agua corriente.
En el vaso de la licuadora, colocar las fresas cortadas en trozos, verter la leche fría, añadir el azúcar y licuar.
Decorar el interior del vaso de vidrio con el sirope de chocolate.
Verter el batido en el vaso y disfrutar.
