No entiendo la primera frase, ¿me la podrías repetir?

2- El error está en qué es una pregunta, y cuando es pregunta se CAMBIA el sujeto (They) por el verbo (Are). Entonces quedaría: "ARE THEY going to visit the museum this afternoon?"

3- Para oraciones con going to en negativo, no se usa "doesn't", sino "isn't", "aren't" o "am not". Entonces quedaría: "He isn't (o "He's not") going to travel to Argentina this summer."

4- El error es que usa "go" envés de "going to". Además de que el signo de admiración es el incorrecto. Entonces quedaría: "Look at the books! They're going to fall off the shelf"
