INGREDIENTS (FOR 5-6 PEOPLE):

500 ml of natural lemon juice, squeezed at the moment

500 ml cold water

100g sugar

Two tbsp. lemon zest

Extra lemons to slice for garnish

Ice to taste

ELABORATION:

We put in a saucepan 100 ml of water with the sugar. With a grater, we grate the rind of the lemons to the indicated amount and add it to the water in the saucepan.

Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Remove from the heat and let it cool completely.

We cut the lemons and squeeze them until we obtain the right amount of juice.

We pass the syrup through a strainer to eliminate the zest.

In the dispenser or jug that we are going to use, we pour the lemon juice, the syrup and the rest of the water. Mix well and add a few thin slices of lemon as a garnish.

Add the ice to taste, allow a few minutes for the whole to cool, close the lid of the dispenser and we can serve.
