INGREDIENTS * eggs 4 * 4 egg yolks * sugar 80 g * Chocolate 220 g * butter 220 g * 0000 wheat flour 60 g * cream batidaPROCEDIMIENTOPrecalentar the oven to maximum temperature (220° C).Place the eggs, yolks and sugar in a bowl. Beat white.Melt the chocolate with the butter to water bath. Incorporate the mixture to batter of eggs, envelope-shaped.Sift the flour and integrate it smoothly.Distribute the mixture into individual molds greased and floured, filling them up to the 3/4 parts of its capacity.Bake for 5 minutes. Remove and unmold hot.Serve with unsweetened whipped cream.
