me pueden explicar el "Present continuous"

Present continuous:

En este el verbo se le agrega -ing, por ejemplo: playing.

Y el verb to be: en negativo es is->isn't, y en interrogativo puedes poner w question (what)+verb to be, o de frente verb to be (depende como quieres formular tu pregunta.
