Ingredients
2 units of hot dog bread
2 units of sausages
1 unit of tomato
1 unit of onion
1 dash of ketchup
1 squirt of Mustard
2 slices of cheddar cheese
1 handful of fine chips
Preparation
To make these incredible hot dogs you must list all the ingredients, you can use frankfurt type sausages or any of your preference, make sure they are the size of the bread.
Chop the onion into small squares and add very hot water. This will help the onion not to be too spicy.
Wash and chop the tomato in squares the same size as the onion. Then, drain the onion and mix it with the tomato, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Place the sausages in a pan with a little water and cook them for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Place the sausages on the bread and cover with the chopped onion and tomato.
Cover with the matchsticks and add the sauces to taste. This will give a delicious touch to your hot dogs. If you don’t find this kind of potatoes, don’t worry, you can use any kind of bagged potato chips, all you have to do is mash them well.
