ESPANISH:El deporte es una actividad que el ser humano realiza principalmente con objetivos recreativos aunque en algunos casos puede convertirse en la profesión de una persona si la misma se dedica de manera intensiva a ella y perfecciona su técnica y sus resultados de manera permanente. El deporte es básicamente una actividad física que hace entrar al cuerpo en funcionamiento y que lo saca de su estado de reposo frente al cual se encuentra normalmente. La importancia del deporte es que permite que la persona ejercite su organismo para mantenerlo en un buen nivel físico así como también le permite relajarse, distenderse, despreocuparse de la rutina, liberar tensión y, además, divertirse.
