What do they need?(a new car) They need a new car.
When do you have lunch? (at 12:30 p.m ) I have lunch at 12:30 p.m

Bueno si en la primera NO quieres una respuesta completa está bien, la segunda está bien, la tercera también (a menos que no se esté refiriendo a un objeto en específico, si no lo está haciendo debería ser A, si lo está haciendo está bien) y las últimas dos están bien :D
