Acá asumiré que ya sabes las conjugaciones del verbo "to be" en el presente. (o sea, I am, you/we/they are, he/she/it is.)
Básicamente, en el ejercicio, se pueden ver palabras entre paréntesis. Por ejemplo, en la primer está el verbo "happen", cuyo significado es ocurrir. Esos verbos los vamos a convertir en present continuous, o el presente continuo en español. Es el cambio entre "ocurre" y "está ocurriendo".
El continuo se añade colocando la terminación -ing al final de los verbos, pero no acaba ahí.
También debes colocar la forma correcta del verbo "to be", dependiendo del sujeto de la oración. Asumiré que conoces esto.
Por tanto, tomamos el verbo (happen "ocurrir"), añadimos el -ing (happening, "ocurriendo"), y colocamos la forma del to be (is happening "está ocurriendo"). Listo.
Ten en cuenta que si el verbo termina en una vocal (como en "drive"), esta se borra (drive -> driving).
En el negativo, solo pones "not" entre el verbo to be y el verbo con -ing.
(is stopping -> is not stopping)
Otra nota: si el verbo termina en -p, -t, -n, -m, -b, o -d y quieres añadir el -ing, duplica la ultima consonante. Esto se ve en el (stop -> stopping).
