martin wakes up at 6 o'clock , he takes a shower for ten minutes and then hedress up.j
martin has a breakfast with eggs, bacon, bread, cheese, coffee an orange juice. then he brush his teeth and comb his hair.
he goes to work at 7.45 am he walks to his job, he starts to work at 8 o'dock he works to send e-mails for different companies all day. at 12: 30 he goes to lunch, he have a lunch with meat, french fries, rice, salad and soda , he returns to his job at 2pm.
at 6 o'clock he finishes to work and he goes to the supermarket to buy different things I on fridays he goes with his friends for beers
on saturday he takes a subway and he travels to the other side of the city to
visit his grand mother on sunday he does sport and then he goes to takes a lunch with his girlfriend
