Generalmente las noticias o artículos periodísticos suelen contener voz pasiva porque así vuelven mas atractivo y captan la atención de los lectores, puesto que el sujeto toma la posición sobre la que se realizó la acción, y se reduce el número de veces que se nombra a quien realizó el acto, porque se tiene la capacidad de deducirse.
Ejemplo:
"El zorro enmascarado lo ha rescatado".
Una noticia en ingles que contiene voz pasiva es la siguiente:
"New York. A bomb was put in the hall of a building at midnight. A letter was left by the authors in a place nearby. The attack was done by a terrorist group whose name was 'We are the world' and had come from California. The group was integrated by people from USA".
Ejemplo:

La voz pasiva suele ser muy comun en los titulos de diarios, se compone del verbo "to be" mas el participio en pasado
