Stress is undoubtedly one of the most common diseases on the planet, it negatively affects all activities of daily life. Stress can inadvertently hurt other people and affect health.
Managing stress is difficult but not impossible, for this it is necessary to practice some sport, meditation or other activity that helps us relax and always be in tune with the universe.
As we let this disease not consume, we only make it progress and we are not able to be free people and act correctly, since many times we do not do it because of this pressure, harming development with the environment.
