to make chocolate brownie you need these ingredients:

250g Butter

½ cup of cocoa

1 ½ cups of White Sugar

4 eggs

1 cup of Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

and 1 tsp vanilla extract

preparation:

Preheat oven to 180°C bake. Line an sponge roll tin with baking paper.

Melt the Butter in a saucepan large enough to mix all ingredients in. Mix in cocoa, remove from heat and stir in White Sugar.

Add eggs and mix well, then add vanilla extract. Sift in flour and baking powder and mix to combine. Pour into prepared tin.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until brownie springs back when touched lightly. And your brownie is done!
