well, this is George, he works as a doctor in the hospital. Everyday he wakes up very early and goes to the hospital. When he arrives he helps the old men to get better. 
In the afternoon like 2 o clock he have his lunch, after that he goes to the ICU and tries to save some lifes.
Everybody in the hospital loves him, he's a very god man and an excellent doctor.
