"Hello, my name is Julio and I will tell you a little about my preferences in sports. I really like basketball, on the weekends I like to make some baskets to de-stress, but I can't play with my friends because of the pandemic.

I also like mixed martial arts too much, I can safely say that it is my favorite sport or discipline, I practiced this sport for more than three years in a row, at the moment I am at a level close to the teacher, although not so close. In this pandemic I can't go where I trained, so now I train at home with about 4 personalized routines times a week. When I do this exercise, stress and fatigue are relieved, I really like this.

I also like soccer football, American football, but I never practiced it although in the near future I would like to practice it. I hope and end the pandemic soon so that I can practice all the sport I want. Thanks for listening"​
