Biosecurity measures in my daily life

The disease "COVID19" has transformed normality for many of us in recent times. But for parents and caregivers it can be even more difficult. In the last few weeks, we have learned new terms like "social distancing", "self isolation". Some people may have to adapt to other work modalities or may not be able to work, and those who like me have to go out to work complying with the care of using the mask correctly, covering our eyes with a screen or glasses, cleaning our shoes. Before entering our home, as well as washing clothes other than those used at home. All these things have changed my daily life and that of my family. We are learning to be parents, teachers, friends and companions for both our children and my partner.
