I really love weekends, because I can usually spend the whole day with my family. Last Sunday we woke up early and had a nice breakfast, then we went to the beach and swam on the sea. Mum brought cheese sandwiches and fresh lettuce salad and we had a picnic on the sand. We also built sandcastles, but the tide destroyed them. My little brother started crying, but thankfully an ice cream seller was passing by, so dad bought 4 ice cream cones for each one of us. Mine was mint flavored, and I found it very refreshing. I loved spending so much time with my family!
