El pasado progresivo o continuo es una acción que se empezo a realizar en el pasado pero que aun no ha terminado, también se utiliza para indicar que se ha cambiado de opinión.

- Sujeto + verbo to be (pasado) + verbo-ing

- Wh + verb to be (pasado) + sujeto + verbo-ing?
