I want to tell you about my lucky day. It (happen) last Wednesday which (be) a surprise because I don't really like Wednesdays at all. I have a long shift at the factory and I am always tired when I finish.

I (buy) a magazine on my way to work because I (want) something to read when I (have) my break. The magazine (be) new and I (choose) it because there (be) a review of a film that I (want) to see. I (put) the magazine in my bag and (not think) about it until my break time.

I (sit) down in the staff room and (open) the magazine and (look) at pictures of some beautiful actresses at an awards ceremony. At first I (not see) the paper that (fall) onto the plastic table where I always (sit) to have my coffee. Quiero contarte sobre mi día de suerte. Sucedió el miércoles pasado, lo cual fue una sorpresa porque realmente no me gustan los miércoles para nada. Tengo un turno largo en la fábrica y siempre estoy cansado cuando termino.

Compro una revista de camino al trabajo porque quiero algo para leer cuando tenga mi descanso. La revista (será) nueva y yo (la escojo) porque hay una reseña de una película que (quiero) ver. (Pongo) la revista en mi bolso y (no pienso) en ella hasta mi tiempo de descanso.
