Last night there was a fire at the Milton Hotel A policeman is questioning the receptionist.
Policeman: How did the fire start?
Receptionist: It was 1:00 am A guest asked for an aspiran. As the maid was delivering the aspirin, she smelled smoke. She thought that there was someone smoking so she didn´t pay much attention to it.
Policeman: did anyone repot the fire?
Receptionist: yes, the guest did. He was trying to get some sleep, but he didn´t, so he went out of his room and found out that there was smoke in the hallway. He ran to the reception desk but he didn´t find anyone so he shouted. Fire, fire!
Policeman: what happened then?
Receptionist: everyone left their rooms.
Policeman: was there anything wrong with the electricity.
Receptionist: no, everything was fine.
Policeman: so, what caused the fire?
Receptionist: well, actually, the fire fighters found a cigarette but in the first near the reception.
Policeman: and what were you doing?
Receptionist: as usually, I was smoking my midnight cigarette but I couldn´t finish it because my boyfriends called me… Oh !!
