MÉTODO REDUCCIÓN 

  8x-3y=7
-3x+8y=18

1)Igualamos y Reducimos.

8(8x-3y=7)
3(-3x+8y=18)

  64x-24y=56
- 9x+24y=54

55x    0  =110
        x=110/55
        x=2

2)Reemplazamos en algunas de las ecuaciones.
  8(2)-3y=7
16-3y=7
9=3y
y=9/3
y=3

Solución:

x=2
y=3
