El presente perfecto se usa para hablar de acciones que iniciaron en el pasado pero que aún no han terminado o siguen afectando en el presente.

  • Sujeto + Auxiliar (Have/has) + Verbo en Participio Pasado + Complemento

Already y yet se usan con el presente perfecto. "Already" se usa para una acción que ya sucedió en cambio, "yet" se usa para algo que aún no ha sucedido, por otro lado "just" se usa para acciones que acaban de suceder. Already y just se coloca siempre entre el auxiliar y el verbo, en cambio yet se coloca siempre al final de la oración.

1.- I have eaten sushi before

  • I've already eaten sushi

2.- She has not visited Germany

  • She hasn't visited Germany yet

3.- They have seen this movie

  • They've already seen this movie

4.- We have met your teacher

  • We have just met your teacher

5.- My brother hasn't started school

  • My brother hasn't started school yet

6.- Daniel has not fixed the broken pipe

  • Daniel hasn't fixed the broken pipe yet

7.- We have not participated in any internship

  • We haven't participated in any internship yet

8.- My daughter has lost her purse.

  • My daughter has just lost her purse

9.- He has finished his assignment.

  • He's already finished his assigment

10.- Your son has broken his arm.

  • Your son has just broken his arm.

Presente Perfecto. Es el tiempo verbal del inglés que se utiliza para comunicar los hechos que han iniciado en el pasado, aun siguen teniendo relevancia en el presente.

Completando las oraciones en presente perfecto con already, yet o just.

1. I have eaten sushi before. (already)

  • Oración: I have ALREADY eaten sushi before.

2. She has not visited Germany. (yet)

  • Oración: She has not visited Germany YET.

3. They have seen this movie. (already)
