Estas son oraciones en Pasado con voz pasiva, así que debes poner como primer elemento el OBJECT es decir quién recibió o no recibió la acción, después el verb to be en pasado (positivo o negativo - was/were, wasn't/weren't -, dependiendo cómo te hayan dado la oración original ) y después el verbo que tenía la oración original pero lo pondrás en Pasado Participio y al último puedes agregar el sujeto, como lo hice en la 4, pero no es necesario hacerlo, pues lo importante es resaltar la acción y no quién la realizó.
