* El balón está “fuera” cuando más de la mitad del balón toca el suelo fuera de las líneas que delimitan la
cancha.
* El TOQUE ASISTIDO es cuando un jugador se apoya en un compañero o estructura/objeto para golpear el
balón dentro del área de juego.
* Un jugador no puede penetrar en el campo de juego adversario una vez que el balón este fuera de juego.
* Un saque efectuado antes del toque de silbato del árbitro es nulo y se marca punto para el adversario.
* Los participantes deben aceptar las decisiones de los árbitros con conducta deportiva y sin discutirlas.

Perhaps the task that I have set myself to write a complete history of the Roman people from the very beginning of its existence will reward me for the work invested in it, I do not know for sure, nor do I think I can venture it. Because I see that this is a common and long-established practice, each new writer is always persuaded that they will neither achieve greater certainty in the matters of their narration, nor will they overcome the rudeness of antiquity in the excellence of their style. Even if this is so, it will continue to be a great satisfaction for me to have also had my part in investigating, to the best of my abilities, the annals of the most important nation in the world, with a deeper interest; and if in such a group of writers my own reputation is hidden, I console myself with the fame and greatness of those who overshadow my fame. The issue, moreover, is one that requires immense work. It dates back more than 700 years and, after a modest and humble beginning, has grown to such an extent that it begins to be overwhelming in its greatness. I have no doubt, either, that for most of my readers the first and the immediately following times have little appeal; They will rush into these modern times when the might of a major nation is eroded by internal decay. I, on the other hand, will seek a greater reward for my work in being able to close my eyes to the evils that our generation has witnessed for so many years; so long, at least, that I am devoting all my thought to reproducing the clear records, free of all the anxiety that can disturb the historian of his time, although they cannot distort the truth.
