Es importante que lo intentes tu mismo, si no nunca aprenderás inglés. Puedes tomar como base estos ejemplos:

Verbos Modales:

Subject + Modal + Verb in simple form + Predicate 

CAN / CAN'T 

1) I CAN play the piano. (Puedo tocar el piano).
2) I CAN'T remember your surname. (No puedo recordar tu apellido).
3) He CANNOT speak Spanish. (El no puede hablar español).

SHOULD / SHOULDN'T 

3) She SHOULD go to a doctor today. (Ella debería ir a un doctor hoy).
4) She SHOULDN'T be late for class. (Ella no debería llegar tarde a clase).
5) You SHOULD always tell the truth. (Siempre deberías decir la verdad).

COULD/ COULDN'T

5) COULD you get up at 4 A.M ? (¿Podrías levantarde a las 4 a.m ?).
6) They COULDN'T travel to Peru yesterday. (Ellos no pudieron viajar ayer a Perú).
7) You COULD at least apologize! (¡Al menos podrías pedir perdón!). 

WILL/ WILL NOT = WON'T

8) We WON'T do it all again. (No lo haremos todo otra vez).
9) Will I pick you up in the evening ? ( ¿Te recogeré en la noche?).
10) I WILL NOT turn down any job opportunity. (No rechazaré ninguna oportunidad laboral).
