Parkour makes you feel like
you are flying.
!. Parkour is definitely my favourite outdoor
sport. I love using my body to move freely and to
jump obstacles in public places with only my body
and my skill. I also climb and run. Parkour can be a
hobby, an extreme sport, or an art. It also involves
climbing, running, and jumping. It is about learning
how to use your body. In Parkour, you use your
body to get from one point to another without
stopping, and using your physical abilities.
2. Parkour is an excellent exercise because it
helps you to keep fit and healthy. It makes you
brave and mentaly confident, too. Another good
thing about Parkour is that it’s very cheap.
All you need is to be in good physical condition,
and a good pair of running shoes. And that’s all!
3. However, Parkour can be dangerous. If you’re
new to Parkour, you need to know and understand
the different basic moves. For exemple, you have
to know how to break your fall before you jump
off an obstacle. You also need to be very well
trained to avoid having accidents.
4. Even though it can take a long time to become
good at Parkour and you can sometimes hurt
yourself, but I think it is a perfect way to exercise
and you can discover your body’s potential. Try it!
