Being a teenager is so amazing and confusing at the same time. It´s certainly not a boring time. Childhood is calm and full of protection, love, games and most importantly innocence. Then, all that is left behind, and the challenging times begin as teenagers. Many teenagers are shocked by their changing bodies and do not know what to do, and problems appear. Well, do not get surprised. If you are a teen and one moment you feel excited and right after, you feel disappointed or sad, that´s normal. Do not think you will be worrying all the time. This stage is impressive since you learn to take control of yourself and decide what you want to be, and how you are going to live your life. So, enjoy it as much as you can. That´s the secret of life; to live every moment as if it were the last one. Good luck teens!!!
