T= \frac{k-2d^{2}+\frac{4\pi }{\sqrt{4F} }  }{4kx+2\pi -d}

T*(4kx+2\pi -d)= k- 2d^{2} +\frac{4\pi }{\sqrt{4F} }

[T*(4kx+2\pi -d) ]-k+2d^{2} =\frac{4\pi }{\sqrt{4F} }

4kxT + 2\pi T - dT - k + 2d^{2} = \frac{4\pi }{\sqrt{4F} }

(4kxT+2\pi T-dT-k+2d^{2} )*\sqrt{4F} =4\pi

\sqrt{4F} = \frac{4\pi }{(4kxT+2\pi -dT-k+2d^{2}) }

4F= (\frac{4\pi }{(4kxT+2\pi -dT-k+2d^{2} } )^{2}

4F= \frac{16\pi^{2}  }{(4kxT+2\pi -dT-k+2d^{2})^{2}  }
